-(2014-2016) Delivery of a complex and custom build e-commerce marketplace platform. Helping CEO to transform clasical publishing organisation into online and transaction based model. 

-(2011-2014) Two mid-size projects (Client Proposal & Pricing and Travel Spend optimization domains). Responsible for areas like: requirements managment, technology stack and solution architecture, RFP organization, contractual tasks coordination, project realization, delivery and vendor management. 0.6M+ Euro annual budget.

-(2010) Global Itinerary – PM for a global ticketing and air reservation notification system (50M/yr). Globally deployed (within CWT). Supports: Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo. Responsible for relations with supplier, regional product owners, global deployment coordination. External development management, internal BA and QA coordination. Approx. 1M+ Euro annual budget. 

-(2007-2010) CWT SCORE - Large scale and complex project development lead. Sabre GDS based booking platform for Air, Car and Hotel booking(Russian market). Responsible for managing developments (from req to delivery). Contact for requestors, project managers and other dev teams both CWT and outsourced.

- Coordination of both CWT and Sabre development teams for Rail booking module (SNCF - French market). Architect/Lead Developer of various CWT and external companies products interfaces (Harp, Company Tip, NP4 Spirit, WebFares, Sabre SNCF Web Services)
